Evelyn Ang is a Senior Partner lawyer at Dentons Rodyk, a law firm based in Singapore where she specialises in corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and corporate finance transactions in Asia

With over 24 years of experience in legal practice, Evelyn is highly experienced in advising clients on a wide range of issues including private and public mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, public takeovers, de-listings and compliance with various regulatory acts in Singapore, such as the Securities and Futures Act, Banking Act, Insurance Act, and Payment Services Act.

She has also advised on rights issues, share placement exercises, private equity and venture capital fund-raising exercises in the area of corporate finance.

Prior to rejoining Dentons Rodyk, Evelyn served as the Managing Director of Atlas Asia Law Corporation, an independent member firm of Ernst & Young (EY), where she built a strong reputation as a leading practitioner in her field recognised by reputable publications such as Chambers Asia-Pacific and IFLR1000.

Evelyn is also actively involved in her community and is dedicated to giving back through her volunteer work with various charitable organisations.
